Deposit Products of Dhanalakshmi Bank

Dhanam +

This is an automatic renewal Term Deposit in every 15 days with credited interest every fortnight. The minimum deposit is Rs. 5000/-. It is open for individual, either single or joined.

Dhanam Cumulative Deposit Certificate

This is a quaterly compounded interest Term Deposit for a period of 6 months to 60 months. It is open for individuals, firms, corporate bodies, clubs and associations with a minimum deposit of Rs. 100/- or its multiples.

Lakshmi Recurring Deposit Scheme

This is a Term Deposit where the depositor can decide the instalments. It is open for individuals, firms, corporate bodies, clubs and associations with a minimum deposit of Rs. 50/- or its multiples and the period of deposit is between 6 months to 60 months.

Surabhi Deposit Scheme

This is a Flexible Term Deposit for a period of 15 days to a maximum 3 years and is open to individuals, firms, corporate bodies, clubs and associations. The main objective of this Deposit is to reduce the interest loss to the clients in the event of premature closure. The initial amount required is Rs. 25000 and above this the multiple of Rs. 1000.

Insta Money Deposit Scheme

This is a Fixed Deposit scheme which allows withdrawal upto 90% at 1% above the deposit rate. Its open for individuals, firms, corporate bodies, clubs and associations for a period of 15 days to 5 years. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 10000/-.

Sri Dhana Chakra Deposit Scheme

This is also a Fixed Deposit but the rate of return is more than other FD. It has more flexibility is facilities. The initial deposit is only Rs. 5000/- and the period is from 15 days to 5 years.

Dhanam Senior Citizen

This is open for senior citzens with some special benefits.

Dhanam Platinum Jubilee Home Loan

This loan can be availed by both the NRIs as well as PIOs. This is as an aftermath of the Platinum Jubilee Celebration of Dhanalakshmi Bank. It comes with a package of low interest and attractive repayment periods.

It finances only 85% of the cost of construction / value of house / flat. The maximum amount which can be sanctioned is Rs. 20 lakhs.

Salaried person can get 42 times of their net take home. For businessmen, it is 3.5 times of net annual income according to the ITR. The repayment period is 15 years.
