ING Vysya Bank Ltd., is an entity formed with the Vysya Bank Ltd, a premier bank in the Indian Private Sector and a global financial powerhouse, ING (Internationale Nederlanden Group) of Dutch origin, in the year 2002.

The origin of the Vysya Bank dates back to 1930. Since then the Bank has grown in size and stature and has reached the coveted position of number one private sector bank in India.

In 1948, the Bank acquired the status of Scheduled Bank. In 1992, its deposits crossed Rs. 1000 crores. The very next year, ING Vysya crossed 300 branches.
